CheapOair is currently seeking a highly motivated, focused, creative, innovative, entrepreneurial and proactive Online Marketing Coordinator (Pay-Per-Click Specialist, Search Engine Marketing) with a solid background in the PPC and SEM domain.

As our Online Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Manage all PPC campaigns across all Search Engines (Google Adwords, Yahoo Overture, MSN Ad center and others).
  • Researching, Understanding and Setting up other 2nd and 3rd tier Search Engine accounts like Miva, Kayak, AbcSearch, Searchfeed, Dogpile, Adbrite, Ask, Knoodle, Search123 etc.
  • Achieve a targeted ROI for all Ads spend on a daily basis.
  • Ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Uploading 1000’s of keywords in various accounts.
  • Optimization and bid management.
  • Develop new and eliminate underperforming PPC ad copy/Keywords.
  • Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI.
  • In-depth keyword and audience research.
  • Establishing the most effective landing pages and advising on possible improvements.

» ONLINE ADVERTISING SALES COORDINATOR

As a part of CheapOair.com, you will be working closely with our team members who are leaders in their field, creative, energetic, motivated, passionate, ambitious and results-oriented. We are currently seeking an Online Advertising Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, interested in web technology and has online traffic experience. This position will include both traffic and ad sales functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage online ad campaigns in our ad server and technology in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure that ad sales, publishers, and advertiser’s ad specifications are met.
  • Provide sales support and Inventory analysis in the monitoring of campaigns to ensure delivery.
  • Work closely with senior ad sales personnel and internal departments to optimize campaigns.
  • Resolve technical issues both internally and with advertisers or third party vendors.
  • Manage third party ad tags to ensure ad server compatibility.
  • Prospect, negotiate and close new advertising and revenue partnerships for specified content areas.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 2-3 years online ad traffic/marketing/advertising/client services experience preferred.

We are seeking energetic, passionate and enthusiastic Travel Agents to join our expanding Call Center team in New York City. Home Based Travel Agents are also welcome to apply.

As a part of our Call Center team, you will be responsible for:
• Providing our clients the best travel package deals.
• Offering prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients.
• Assisting clients with reservations, transfers and changes.
• Responding to clients questions, concerns and billing inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism.
• Securing new client sales and retention through exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
• Prior travel agency/airline experience working in the call center/sales department
• Must have GDS experience: knowledge of SABRE and/or Amadeus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible work schedules, ability to work weekends
• Must be a team player
• Knowledge of a second language a plus
